CNews.ru The premiere of a new hi-end acoustics brand Bolzano Viletri took place in Russia. Its uncommon architecture is based on the so-called “counter-aperture principle of loudspeaker’s construction”. This principle has been developed in Moscow Acoustic Center by N. N. Andreev and registered by the company under the RoundStream trademark.
For the first time the prototype of Bolzano Viletri acoustic solution was presented last year on the Hi-Fi Show in London, and then it was showcased on CES-2006 in Las Vegas. After this the product was launched in mass production. Today acoustics of the new brand is sold in more than 70 shops around the world, some of the customers being compelled to wait for their order for several months. The company is considering an opportunity to increase its production capacity. |

FC NOVOSTI The new concept of Round Stream technology used for Bolzano Viletri product manufacturing is based on so-called counter-aperture principle of loudspeaker’s construction. To put it simple, the main point of the innovation offered by the specialists of the Russian Academic Instiute, Alexander Gaidarov and Aleksey Vinogradov, consists in formation of the front sound field due to the counter arrangement of traditional sound speakers.
Apparently, everything ingenious is simple. It never occurred to anyone to direct sound waves against one another, because they were believed to “suppress” each other. However a series of experiments gave tremendous results: the sound formation of an absolutely different kind, not with a spherical, but with a flat wave, which extended practically evenly in all directions. |

STEREO & VIDEO Bolzano Viletri production is the result of coordinated work of Italian professionals’ team integrated with innovative Russian technology – counter-aperture scheme. The starting point of the manufacturing process of acoustic systems (AS) was the new concept of Round Stream technology based on counter-aperture principle of loudspeaker’s construction developed by A. S. Gaidarov and A. V. Vinogradov in Moscow Acoustic University by N. N. Andreev.
The Round Stream technology creates a circular diagram, which gives an opportunity to receive a good sound scene, surround sound and reduce the negative influence of premises on the acoustic sound. |
